▶어떤 곳인가?(What does Ggumtle House mean? )
-꿈틀. 말 그대로 꿈의 틀이다.
-Ggumtle means The Feramework of Dream. as it says.
학자금, 생활비, 방세에 찌들어 빚갚느라 꿈꿀 수 없는 젊은이들을 위한 공동 주거 공간이다. 한 달에 10만원대의 비용으로 지낼 수 있다. (주거비 고민을 해소하는 시원한 공동체)
젊은이들이 함께 어우러지면서(아름다운 공동체), 꿈을 키워가고, 꿈이 없다면 서로간의 대화를 통해 찾아가고 만들어 갈 수 있는 공간이다.(꿈꾸는 공동체)
It is the co-residential space for young people who can not have dreams for future to repay the debts of tuition, living expenses and rent etc. Ggumtle House cost about $100(100,000won)a month. Ggumtle House is said as Cool Community solving the concern on housing expenses, Beautiful Community harmonized with young people, Dreaming Community developing dreams or having dreams for those who dont have dreams encouraging each other

▶현황 The current status of progress of Ggumtle House (2016년 5월, As of May 2016)
꿈틀하우스 1호점의 1층은 남성 전용으로 6명이 정원이며 6명이 함께 단란(?)하게 살아가고 있습니다. 1호점이 있는 건물 3층에 여성 전용으로 3~4명이 정원이며 2명 여성이 최근 들어오게 되었습니다. 2호점의 정원은 3명인데 2명이 지내고 있고 1명을 추가로 모집하고 있습니다. 3호점은 1호점 인근에 적당한 집을 구하려고 여러 가지 방법을 알아보고 있습니다. 5월3일 현재 꿈틀하우스 1호의 대기자는 16명입니다.(남자 4명 여자 12명) 그래서 꿈틀하우스 1호점 인근에 3호점의 개설이 시급합니다. 이를 위해 은행에 돈을 묵혀두는 것이 아니라 청년들의 꿈을 위해 꿈틀하우스에 투자하실 분들을 찾고 있습니다.
The 1st Ggumtle House has been occupied six male at 1st floor. The 3rd floor of 1st Ggumtle House has been occoupied 2 female in June. The 2nd Ggumtle House has two males of 3~4 people capacity and searching for an additional 1 person. We are looking into some proper building for the next Ggumtle House nearby the 1st Ggumtle House. It is 16 people(4Male & 12females) in the current waiting list of next Ggumtle House. Thus the urgent issue for us is to open the next 3rd Ggumtle House soon. For this purpose, we are looking for someone who wants to invest for suppport the dreams of young people not to let money rest in the bank

꿈틀하우스의 안정적인 운영을 위해 매달 140만원의 재정적 지원이 필요합니다. 그리고 청년들의 꿈을 위해 가능하면 저렴하게 임대할 수 있는 집을 찾고 있습니다. 잘 준비되고 운영되기 위해서 여러분의 관심과 많은 기도, 도움이 필요합니다. 여러분의 귀한 마음이 모여 더욱 빛나고 살기 좋은 세상을 만들어 가리라 믿습니다.
For stable operation of Ggumtle House, it is needed $1,400(1,400,000won) per month. Also, we are looking for a house that can cheaply rent if possible. We ask you to give us your attention, prayer and help. We believe that your prayers can make a better world for future.

▶존재이유 (Reason for being Ggumtle House)
-상황 때문에 꿈을 꾸지 못하는 젊은이들이 너무 많다. 꿈이 없는 젊은이도 너무 많다. 그들이 꿈을 꿀 수 있도록 도와주는 장이 필요하다.
- There are a lot of young people who can not afford to dream a dream because of the harsh reality. Also there are too many young people who dont have dreams. For them, there needs a Place to dream.

-함께 살아가야 한다. 지금 우리는 무한 이기주의 시대를 살아가고 있다. 함께 잘 살아가는 것은 한 순간에 이루어지지 않는다. 더불어 살아다는 것도 연습이 필요한 것이다. 출산이 특히나 줄어들면서 남을 배려하는 연습을 하지 못한 사람들이 너무나 많다. 성숙한 젊은이들이 함께 살아가면서 아름다운 가정과 교회, 사회를 이루어가는 연습이 필요하다. 이렇게 함께 살아가는 연습은 쉽게 가정이 깨지는 사회분위기를 바꾸고 건강하고 성숙한 사회 분위기를 만들리라고 생각한다.
-Life must go together. Now we live in the infinite egoism era. Living together with other people does not come at a time. It requires the practice. As the times has changed, there are seen too often that people dont care for others. Young people need to practice living together as they live together in Ggumtle House for making a beautiful household, the church and society. This will have influence on changing the broken househole/society into a mature society

-가족이 해체되고 있는 시대 상황 속에서 꿈틀하우스는 고독한 혼자로 남는 것이 아니라, 같이 있는 가치를 만들어 가고자 한다.
-As we are in the broken home and society, Ggumtle House seeks making values of going forward with others rather than remaining alone.

-요즘 집값은 정말 비싸다. 전세는 물론 월세마저도 너무나 비싸다. 정말 형편없는 집을 구해도 적지 않은 보증금에 월세가 3,40만원이 기본이다. 엄마 뱃속에서 금수저를 들고 나왔어도 학자금대출 한번 하지 않은 사람은 찾아보기 힘들다. 거기에 생활비를 더하면 1년에 적어도 1천만원 이상의 빚을 적립해 가면서 대학생들은 살아가고 있다. 이들의 경제적 부담을 덜어 꿈에 집중하도록 돕기 위해 꿈틀은 필요하다.
-House prices are really expensive these days. A release and monthly rent are also too expensive. Even a poor house requires $300~$400 a month. It is rarely to find ones who dont have student loans. Adding the cost of living expense, at least a student of university has $10,000(10,000,000 won) or more in debt each year. To help focus on the relieve their economic burden, they could use Ggumtle House.

-사회의 여러 가지 문제에 교회가 대처해야할 책임이 있다. 하지만 이러한 문제들을 기존의 교회로서는 특별히 대응하고 있는 곳이 많지 않다고 느낀다. 이에 꿈틀하우스가 협동조합과 법인의 형태로 후원자와 후원단체를 모집하고, 여러 가지 방법으로 자금을 조달해서 더 많은 꿈틀하우스를 세울 것이다. 그래서 더 많은 젊은이들이 그 안에서 꿈을 키워가게 돕고자 한다.
-The church has a responsibility to deal with the various social problems. But it is rarely to find current churches responding to them. Ggumtle House is operated in the form of a cooperative association and a coperate body. We plan to find individual donors and donor organizations raising funds in various ways. This can be possibly increase Ggumtle Houses to help more young people have more dreams

▶규율(입실조건), Rules(Conditions for entrance)
-Ggumtle House is a Christian community. Christians or those who are favorable for Christian can be a member of Ggumtle House
기독교인이거나 혹은 기독교에 거부감이 없는 자는 입실할 수 있다. (꿈틀하우스는 크리스챤 공동체이다.)

-입실을 희망하면 기존 멤버들의 찬반에 따라 입실을 허락하면 입실할 수 있으며, 입실 후 생활 하는 것, 나가는 것도 멤버들의 이해와 동의를 얻어 진행 하므로 올바른 민주주의를 체득한다.
-If someone wishes an entrance, the admission depends on pros and cons of the existing members. After the entrance, all life rules can be proceeded under the understanding and agreements among members, which shall practise the right democracy.

-입실 시에 3달치 요금을 선불로 지불하면 된다. (2달치는 보증금, 상황에 따라 납부를 유예 가능)
-At an entrance time, three months rate should be prepaid at the time(The two months for deposit. Payment can be postponed depending on the situation)

-퇴실 2달 전에는 미리 퇴실 여부를 알려 멤버들의 동의를 얻는 것을 원칙으로 한다.
-At a leaving time, it should be informed prior to two months after other members agreements.

▶운영(Operation)
방장을 세우고 의견을 자율적으로 조율하며 살아간다. 특별한 규칙은 없다. 무규칙이 규칙이다. 서로가 이해할 수 있는 범위 안에서 살아간다.
-Choose out a room leader and resolve various opinions autonomically. There is no particular rule, No rules are rules. Living together within each others comprehension.

-방세는 1인당 10만원대로 운영 한다.

▶확산(Spread)
-블로그와 페이스북 페이지, 라디오 광고, 사연 등을 통해 많은 사람들과 공감하며 함께 할 사람들을 모은다.
-Try to recruit a lot of number of people who have sympathies on the intent of Ggumtle House through blogs and facebook pages, radio ads, stories, etc.

-크라우드펀딩(다음뉴스펀딩,와디즈,미션펀드 등)을 통해 의미있는 일에 기부하고자하는 사람들에게 꿈틀하우스를 알리고 기부금을 모은다.
-Try to let those who wish to donate to this meaningful project know the Ggumtle House through crowdfundings like Daum News Funding, Wadis, Mission Funds for collecting donations.

-꿈틀 주거 협동조합을 조직하고 목표자금(보증금)을 출자받아서 집을 구한 후, 구성원들의 세를 모아 출자금에 대한 이자를 지불한다.(연이율3%)
Run Ggumtle Houses ①Organizing a housing cooperative association ② Receiving a share of security deposit and look for target house ③Being paid interest on contributions from each tenants rent (Annual interest rate of 3%).

-꿈틀하우스가 사유화 되지 않도록 직원의 급여는 개인 후원금으로 충당한다.
-To prevent Ggumtle House from being privatized, staffs pay is covered from private donations.

▶지향점(Intention Point)
-대안 가족. 가족이 해체되는 시대에 신앙 안에서 한 가족이 되어 건강하고 균형잡힌 삶을 이루어 가도록 돕기를 꿈꾼다.
-Alternative family. In the era of family dissolution, this is a family aiming at going forward with a form of an family in faith to help each other for healthy and balanced life style.

-세상속의 수도원. 익명성을 가진 세상 속에서 살아가며, 홀리클럽 모임과 구성원간의 대화 속에서 자신의 삶과 신앙을 돌아보며 더욱 바르고 건강한 삶을 살아가도록 돕기를 꿈꾼다.
-Monastery in the world. Although we live in the world with anonymity, we can look back our lives and faith through the communications between Holy Club members and regular meetings. This can lead us into the path of virtue

-공정한 문화. 건물 주인과 출자한 사람, 꿈틀하우스에서 살아가는 사람 모두가 공정한 대가를 지불하고 공정한 대가를 받을 수 있는 공정한 문화를 세워가기를 꿈꾼다.
-Fair treatment. We dream to make a just world for all building owners, the investors and all members of Ggumtle House to be treated equally with paying and receiving fare prices

-국내외 선교에 기여하는 꿈틀센터. 중장기적으로 100개의 꿈틀하우스 센터를 건립해 1개층은 공정무역을 하는 카페와 교회로 이용한다. 현지에 꿈틀하우스 개념의 수도원을 만들어 커피나 홍차등을 재배하고, 생계가 어려운 친구들에게 신앙 안에서 숙식과 교육, 일자리를 제공하여 일한만큼 공정한 대가를 지불받으며 자라나게 도와 장단기적으로 국내외 선교에 기여하기를 꿈꾼다.
-Ggumtle Center that contributes to domestic and international missions. As a medium-and long-term plan, we dream 100 Ggumtle Houses around the globe. One part of a center could be used for fare trade cafes and churches, also plant coffees, tea, etc. in the local fields as a Ggumtle House natured, provide room and board, jobs, and educations for the young people in need who get paid for the work done. This will serve the Gods people to reach His will.

-치유하는 공동체. 다문화 사회가 이미 되었지만 우리 사회는 아직 이런 타문화인들을 받아들일 준비가 되어있지 않다. 꿈틀센터에 공정무역 까페(동네북)는 이미 하나의 문화구성원이 되어버린 그들에게 일자리를 제공하고, 타국에서 그들의 상처를 치유하며 편견과 단일문화에 대한 집착을 버려 하나 된 지역 공동체를 만드는데 앞장서기를 꿈꾼다.
-Healing Community. Although we live in a multicultural society, but Korean society has not yet been ready to live with people from other culture. Fair Trade Cafe (DongNeBook) of Ggumtle House Center can offer the multi-cultural people jobs and heal their wounds and play a part in helping overcome the rampant monocultural prejudice to take the lead in a united community.

-지역사회에 대한 섬김. 중장기적으로 꿈틀하우스의 구성원이며 지역의 지식층인 대학생들이 주입식 교육에 찌들어 있는 지역의 청소년들에게 전인적인 교육을 실시할 수 있는 방과 후 학교를 개설. 가진 재능을 나누며 지역의 성장하는 청소년들이 전인적으로 성장하도록 돕기를 꿈꾼다.
-Serving to the community. Ggumtle House members who are mostly University students, at the same time, the intellectual class in the community can provide afterschool care programs for the youths who are severely being squeezed for cramming method of teaching in Korea to help grow in the holistic education.

-선교의 전초 기지를 꿈꾸는 꿈틀. 꿈틀하우스 센터는 젊은이들이 꿈을 키워가는 곳이며, 지역의 상처받은 자들을 치유하며 지역사회를 섬겨 사회 구성원 모두가 꿈꿀 수 있게 돕는 곳이기도 하다. 또, 해외의 선교지에 공정 무역을 통해 현지의 젊은이들이 꿈꿀 수 있기를 꿈꾼다. 더불어 해외의 선교사님들이 휴식과 재충전을 위해 입국 했을 때 꿈틀하우스 센터는 선교 사역의 동역자들을 만나고 재충전하기에 적합한 선교관을 제공해 하나님께 부르심을 받은 선교사님들이 더욱 능력있는 선교 사역에 쓰임받기를 돕는다.
-Ggumtle House, as an advance base of mission. Ggumtle House Center is a place where young people develop their dreams and a healing place for the wounds and serving the community, which can contribute to help all members of society dream a bright future. In addition, young people overseas in local bases can attain dreams from overseas fair trade in mission field. Also, it can be used for missionaries abroad who have entered the country for a break to stay comfortably and have time to recharge themselves and provide some place to meet their co-workers of the ministry, which contributes to help them work more powerful in their next mission.
